Name, city, specialties and the accreditations you hold. About five minutes, and our team reviews it before it goes public.

Upload a facility reel
Ninety seconds of the actual ward, theatre or team. Patients choosing a hospital abroad are deciding whether to trust a building they cannot visit.
Step 3
Answer the requests
Patients send booking requests with their records attached. You quote in writing, agree the price, and invoice them directly.

How much does it cost?
Starter is $180 a month, Professional $480, and Professional Plus $600, with prices set for each region and billed in local currency — €160, ₹5,000, AED 660 or R$900 for Starter. Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial.
Do you take a commission on my procedures?
No, and there is no mechanism to. Patients pay you directly, off this platform entirely. Medifisys never touches the treatment fee, never holds your money, and earns only the monthly subscription — so nobody here is paid more for steering a patient somewhere dearer.
What is included in each tier?
Starter covers your listing, patient matching, messaging and basic reporting, with 50 requests a month. Professional adds analytics, bulk import, API access and 10 seats, at 200 requests. Professional Plus adds 20 facility videos a month, video analytics and homepage placement.
How long before we see results?
Honestly: we do not have enough hospitals live to quote you an average, and any number we invented would be worthless. What we can tell you is what drives enquiries — a complete profile, package prices with inclusions written out, and at least one facility video. Listings missing any of those get materially fewer requests.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
It stays up. Cancelling switches off uploads, analytics and homepage placement, but your profile, procedures and published videos remain public and patients can still reach you. We do not hold a listing hostage over billing.
What if I need help?
Email support@medifisys.com, on every plan. New hospitals can book an onboarding call at no cost — we would rather spend thirty minutes getting your first listing right than watch it underperform for a month.
