How it works

Six steps. One person responsible for all of them.

Medical tourism usually fails on coordination, not on surgery. This is how the booking is assembled, what happens to your money, and who answers when a date moves.

  1. 01

    Search with the numbers visible

Every listing carries the package price, what it includes and excludes, the surgeon's name, how many of these operations they have done, the accrediting body and the real review distribution. The point is not to find the cheapest place — it is to find where a particular operation is done best, and discover that it also costs less.

    • Filter by price, rating, wait time and surgeon experience
    • Typical private price shown alongside, so the saving is visible
    • Reviews only from patients who booked through us
  2. 02

Build the whole trip in one cart

The procedure anchors the booking. Around it you add the flight, a room near the hospital that is actually suitable for recovery, transfers with a named driver, an aftercare nurse, the equipment your surgeon will want you to have, and the medicines you will be discharged on.

    • Recommendations matched to your specialty, not to margin
    • Everything moves together if the hospital changes your date
    • One running total, no surprise line items
  3. 03

Pay the hospital, not a middleman

Sending a request costs nothing. The hospital reviews it, confirms the package price in writing against your records, and invoices you directly. Medifisys never takes your payment and takes no percentage of it, so nobody on this platform earns more by steering you somewhere dearer.

    • No card details collected by Medifisys
    • Nothing owed until you accept the hospital's written quote
    • The hospital's own quotation attached to your request
  4. 04

A named coordinator picks it up

Within one business day, one person owns your booking. They chase the records checklist, the visa invitation letter and the pre-operative tests. You are not handed between departments, and you do not explain your case twice.

    • Two-hour response target in destination working hours
    • Interpreter arranged for consent and ward rounds
    • The same person from enquiry to the ninety-day review
  5. 05

Watch it happen on one timeline

The hospital, the accommodation and the transfer partner all write to the same journey timeline. Your family reads the same page from home. Nothing is retyped by an agency in the middle, which is where information normally goes missing.

    • Updates as they happen, attributed to who wrote them
    • Reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp
    • Documents attached to the booking as they are issued
  6. 06

Aftercare does not stop at the airport

Follow-up video reviews with the operating surgeon are part of the package, not an upsell. Your discharge summary is written for the clinician who will manage you at home, and your review closes the loop for the next patient.

    • Scheduled follow-up held on your booking
    • Discharge summary and operative note released to you
    • Verified review, published unedited

What we are not

The honest limits of a platform like this

Every marketplace in healthcare oversells itself. Here is what Medifisys genuinely does not do.

We do not provide clinical care

The treating hospital and surgeon do. They hold the clinical responsibility, the consent, the records and the regulatory obligations. We coordinate and we pay, and that is the whole of it.

We do not hold your medical records

Your records go from you to the hospital directly. We never store, transmit or process clinical data, which is exactly why the compliance surface stays small enough to be trustworthy.

We cannot promise an outcome

No one can. What we can promise is that the surgeon's volume, the hospital's accreditation and the real review distribution are in front of you before you decide.
