We ask every hospital for the same three things, regardless of size or reputation. An application without them cannot be approved, so we would rather you knew now.

Whichever body accredits you locally. We verify it against the issuing register, so give the exact name on the certificate.

For the institution and for each named surgeon. Volume is the strongest single predictor of outcome, which is why it goes on the listing.

Both halves. The exclusions matter more than the inclusions — they are what a patient gets caught out by.
